3 resource centres: "Technique and Quality" centre: research, experimentation, transfer for the improvement of wine-growing and oenological techniques in order to foster quality, and communication of information to wine professionals. For example: information is available on maturity, alternative methods for the protection of the health of the vineyard, also a guide to good viticultural practices etc.
"Communication" centre: actions of promotion and communication towards consumers, distribution circuits, wine professionals (sommeliers, cellarers etc.) and journalists, in French or international markets. For example: you can participate in tastings organised by the B.I.V.B. in France or for export, and also take part in promotional actions or utilise their resources to enhance your tourism or wine activities.
"Markets and Development" centre: studies of offers (harvest, stock), regional markets (transactions, price index), the marketing of Burgundy wines (distribution circuits, market positioning compared to competition) and economic intelligence on various markets. For example: you can request statistics of monthly price indexes, analyses of mass marketing sales figures or export information.
