The CAVB aims to represent and defend the general interests of Burgundy viticulture and its members. In doing so, it ensures, in collaboration with AOC professional assocations, the defence and protection of wines and spirits with a label of quality or of origin.
The CAVB also fosters the circulation among Burgundy's winemakers of scientific methods of grape growing and vinification, knowledge of improvements or new equipment, information about regulations and commercial, social, rural and fiscal law of the wine sector and of other subjects concerning winegrowers. |
