What is Vitagora?
A cluster and a club, in other words an independant entity grouping together players from different backgrounds around the theme "Taste-Nutrition-Health" in order to pursue commain goals concerning competitiveness, greater recognition and economic development.
Who is it?
Players from the food industry - both multinationals and small to medium-sized companies - and from research higher education and training.
What's its purpose?
To get players to communicate, giving them access to specific information but also to international opportunities to join R&D projects that lead to the launch of innovative products. In short, to generate developments that take advantage of the pooling of resources and knowledge.
Where is it?
Based in the French city of Dijon, Vitagora draws from the two regions of Burgundy and Franche-Comté. However, many of the cluster's members and partners are located well beyond the borders of these two regions.
What do they do?
Setting up collaborative projects, from the search for the initial idea through to the launch of an R&D program, which requires many months of support and assistance, for which Vitagora has a wide range of tools.
How to take part?
By becoming a member of Vitagora. The membership fee is proportional to your annual turnover or to the needs of your organisation. You will thus have access to all the services that are offered to members.

In order to assist its members in their innovation activities concerning these markets, Vitagora has developed a strategy based on the notion of "Sustainable food at the service of consumer wellness".
This strategy is developed into three Strategic Action Areas that correspond to the key areas that Vitagora members focus on in order to best respond to consumer demands in terms of wellness:
