Gold Label - Vitagora joins the ranks of Europe's highest performance clusters

Vitagora has been awarded the Gold Label by the European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI). During the audit, the excellence of its internationalisation and strategic actions were underlined. This award allows Vitagora to join the ranks of the 14 top cluster organisations in France and 50 in Europe who have received the gold label. 

A European label of excellence

The European Gold Label of cluster management excellence is awarded by the European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI). This label, currently held by 50 European clusters, is an objective means of measuring and recording cluster best practices and excellence.

To obtain this label, Vitagora was evaluated according to 31 points including internal management, activities, ecosystem management, and results. Over all the evaluation points, Vitagora obtained a grade of 90/100. A minimum grade of 80 is the cut off for being awarded the Gold Label.

The expert-auditors underlined in their report the efficacy of the work carried out by the Vitagora team over the last 10 years, to reach the status of inernational cluster whose network extends to Asia and North America. They also recognised Vitagora ability to generate winning strategic actions for the development of the cluster and its members: Vitagora is the only European cluster to date who has achieved such a high grade for this evaluation point.
