Agromousquetaires, the agri-food division of the Les Mousquetaires Group, brings together 56 production units offering high-quality product ranges that are 100% Made in France.
Developing numerous areas of innovation, the R&D division has been implementing an open innovation approach for several years, enabling it to fuel its strategic thinking and overcome R&D and industrial obstacles.

A member of Vitagora since 2015, Agromousquetaires relies on the Vitagora network to strengthen and accelerate its open innovation approach.

As a member, Agromousquetaires has benefited from the dynamic leadership of the Vitagora team. This leadership helps identify solutions to issues raised by the company, but also highlights opportunities in line with the group's priority innovation topics and fuels strategic thinking.
Here are a few examples:
- Sourcing plant-based ingredients to replace meat, while avoiding “ultra-processed” products. Vitagora identified and selected innovative solutions to meet Agromousquetaires' specifications and initiated and monitored qualified contacts with various suppliers and start-ups. The group was thus able to quickly move through the stages of ingredient sampling, prototyping, and product development with the aim of bringing the product to market as quickly as possible. Several start-ups benefited from the group's technical support to accelerate the development of their products.
- Facilitating collaboration between Welldrinks France and Agromousquetaires. This collaboration between a large group and a start-up quickly led to the launch of industrial production “Made in France” of Welldrinks France's collagen-enriched drink, a subject of real interest to Agromousquetaires due to their own activities in the development of marine collagen-based ingredients. The collaboration in the form of subcontracting also contributed to the development of its industrial site and enabled it to diversify into health drinks.
- Participation in Vitagora's scientific committee to contribute to strategic thinking. Bringing together representatives from companies and renowned researchers, Vitagora's scientific committee is a unique opportunity for Agromousquetaires to gather high-quality scientific data on various innovation topics, while strengthening its network of cutting-edge expertise. Following meetings at the scientific committee, the company collaborated with Lara Spiral to conduct studies on the natural defenses of plants and soil quality..
